[ST Aikang: The wholly-owned subsidiary signed an equity cooperation agreement with Nankang Construction and Development] Securities Times e Company News, ST Aikang (002610) announced on the evening of May 15 that in order to further optimize the debt structure of the wholly-owned grandson company Ganzhou Aikang Optoelectronics, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Suzhou Aikang Optoelectronics and its wholly-owned subsidiary Ganzhou Aikang Optoelectronics signed an equity cooperation agreement with Ganzhou City Nankang District Urban Construction and Development Group Co., Ltd. on May 14 (referred to as "Nankang Construction and Development") signed the "Equity Cooperation Agreement" and all parties established strategic cooperation relationships.
